Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare translations and conduct legal research;

· Assist legal counsel with various legal activities such as compliance trainings, IP trainings, commercial legal work, litigation handling, etc.;

· Provide support to legal counsel in transactions and projects;

· Assist in maintaining day-to-day records, dockets and files in legal department;

· Coordinate legal activities and administrative formalities (law suits, filings, etc.) with external law firms, private agents and law enforcement authorities in China;

· Provide other professional and administrative support to legal counsel.

Basic Qualifications:

· Holding a China law degree, specialized in Intellectual Property preferred;

· Graduate student with interest to work as an in-house counsel or lawyer after graduate school;

· Can work at least 3 days per week, for a term of minimum 6 months;

· Good oral and written English;

· Good communication skills;

· Qualification of any bar is a plus.

Location: Zhangjiang, Pudong

Compensation: 100/day, free lunch and shuttle bus
