Position: IP Intern

Office: Allen & Overy LLP, Shanghai office

Practice: IP

We are looking for LLM students from leading law schools in Shanghai who have an undergraduate degree in science or engineering, preferably electrical engineering. All candidates are expected to have strong oral and written English skills and a solid understanding of legal matters. We expect to see all school grades recorded on your application, along with GPA (or equivalent) of 3.5 or above and CET English level 6. The qualities we are looking for are an international outlook, strong intellect, self-reliance and drive, and the ability to draft well in English. Prior internship experience with a major PRC or international law firm will be an advantage.
